What data we process and why
Reservations: your name, phone and/or email, date, time, number of guests, seating preference, occasion and any note you give us. We use it to hold and manage your table (legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Event registrations and group or corporate enquiries: your contact details and the information in the form, to answer and organise your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Marketing messages: only if you tick the optional consent box. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
LOCA Club membership: identification and membership data needed to provide member benefits and prevent misuse (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Website statistics: we count visits without cookies. Instead of storing your IP address, we keep a one-way code that changes every day, so we cannot recognise you across days (legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Allergy information you share in a reservation note is used only to serve you safely and is deleted with the reservation.
How long we keep data
Reservation and enquiry details: up to 24 months after the visit or last contact, unless a longer period is required by law. Marketing consent records: for as long as the consent is active and for the period needed to prove it. Anonymous statistics: up to 25 months. Accounting records: as required by Bulgarian law.
Who receives data
Our hosting, database and email service providers, acting on our instructions under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. Write to info@meskenloca.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (КЗЛД), Sofia, www.cpdp.bg.
Children
Our online services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 16, and we do not serve or promote alcohol to anyone under 18.
