Reservations
An online reservation is a request to hold a table. Unless the website shows it as confirmed, our team will confirm it by phone or email. We may hold the table for a limited time after the reserved time; please let us know if you will be late.
You can ask to change or cancel a reservation with the link in your confirmation, by phone or by email. Membership is never required to reserve a table.
Prices and information
All prices are in euro (€) and include VAT. Items marked as awaiting confirmation may change. Photographs show our actual dishes; presentation can vary slightly.
Allergen information is available for every dish from our team. Please tell us about any allergy or intolerance before ordering.
Alcohol
We serve alcohol only to guests aged 18 and over and may ask for identification. We promote responsible drinking.
LOCA Club membership
Membership plans, prices, duration, benefits and limits are published only after approval and are described in the membership terms provided at sign-up. Benefits are personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Reviews
We never offer benefits in exchange for reviews, and we never make any reward conditional on a positive rating.
Consumer rights and disputes
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Consumers may contact the Commission for Consumer Protection (www.kzp.bg) or an approved alternative dispute resolution body. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
